Housing Secretary: Affordable housing will keep residents

Pittsfield, MA – Daniel O'Connell, Massachusetts' Secretary of Housing and Economic development, began a listening tour in the Berkshires on Friday.
While in the city, O'Connell discussed statewide initiatives but also pointed out he learned about a number of elements unique to the areas economy, adding that that could lead to alternations to some state funded programs. Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, has this report;
