Holyoke Mayor Shifts Stand On Casinos Again

In a dizzying development, the young mayor of Holyoke Massachusetts has reversed his position on the casino issue for the second time in less than a month.  Mayor Alex Morse now says he will not entertain any casino development proposals in Holyoke.    WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill  spoke with Mayor Morse.
