Governor under fire for Commission Appointments

Montpelier, VT – Vermont Governor James Douglas is defending his appointments to the Vermont Human Rights Commission. Douglas has come in for criticism because he declined to re-appoint the only black member of the five-member commission, replacing him with a white woman. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
