Governor Pataki Pens Superfund Legislation

Poughkeepsie, NY – New York Governor George Pataki earlier today signed Superfund legislation that environmentalists say should go a long way toward cleaning up thousands of contaminated properties across the state. The bill contains a more extensive brownfields program. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne reports.
