On this program, WAMC's Alan Chartock and Historian Dr. Allida Black discuss First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt's Declaration of Human Rights speech. In addition, listeners will have an opportunity to actually hear the speech as it was delivered in Paris on December 9th, 1948.
