Doris Kearns Goodwin spent almost a decade with Lincoln while writing the 2005 bestseller - Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln.
Goodwin won the Pulitzer Prize in history for her best-seller No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: The Home Front in World War II. We speak with her about working on Lincoln – the movie – and working with the historical Lincoln for so long.
