DEP, DEC Target Del. River Flooding

Colchester, NY – New York's DEC, the City's DEP, and state and local officials, are working to prevent flooding along areas of the Delaware River. The spill reduction program, as it's known, is aimed at a DEP reservoir in New York's Delaware County. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne has more.
