Dairy Subsidy Program Extension Stalled

Montpelier, VT – Vermont's congressional delegation is blaming Republican leaders in the House for killing an extension to a milk subsidy program that protects dairy farmers from low milk prices. The Milk Income Loss Compensation Program - known as "MILC" - is scheduled to expire a year from now. More from North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
