Commission to Reveal Death Penalty Plan

Boston, MA – Today in Massachusetts, a commission will release a report on the death penalty. Governor Mitt Romney created the panel to create what's being called "as foolproof a system as humanly possible." While the report is likely to be used as the basis for an upcoming bill to try and reinstate capital punishment, death penalty opponents are readying their side of the argument.
