Charter School Study Shows Mixed Picture

Boston, MA – A new report commissioned by the Massachusetts Department of Education shows one third of charter school students in the state outperform public schools on state tests. But as Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Dan Bobkoff reports, that's not quelling the controversy over charter schools.
