Albany, NY – The Center for Constitutional Rights filed an appeal in their case against The New York State Department of Correctional Services and MCI on Tuesday. The suit seeks an order prohibiting New York State and MCI from charging prison family members mark-up rates in order to receive a call from an incarcerated loved one.
