Montpelier, VT – A national economic report has given Vermont high marks for its human resources and quality of life, but poor grades for its business vitality. Economists in Vermont say while the ratings have some purpose, it doesn't necessarily provide a true representation of Vermont's overall business climate. WAMC's Pat Bradley reports.
