A barge carrying 2.5 million gallons of gasoline has run aground in the Hudson River in Catskill. New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation says there are no spills or leaks.

The agency is using a drone to assess the grounding and to ensure there is no environmental damage. DEC is responding along with the state Health Department and the Coast Guard. Governor Andrew Cuomo toured the site with DEC Commissioner Basil Segos and other officials Tuesday afternoon. Cuomo say the barge was off-course and there will be an investigation.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.
