Andy Williams Remembered
By Joe Donahue
Singer Andy Williams, best known for his rendition of Moon River, his Christmas TV specials, and his long-running show in Branson, Missouri, has died. He was 84. The famed crooner passed away at his home Tuesday night, following a year-long battle with bladder cancer.
WAMC's Joe Donahue spoke with Williams in 2009 about his life and career. He told us then, at what point he realized that music and show business would become his life.
