Airport Expansion in Pittsfield Still On The Ground

PIttsfield, Ma – The business community of the Berkshires would like to see the Pittsfield Municipal Airport expanded to accommodate air traffic during wet and snowy conditions. The environmental advocates are fighting the expansion because the airport is surrounded by protected wetlands.
