AG's Oppose EPA Mercury Plan

Plattsburgh, NY – Eleven states' attorneys-general have submitted comments to the federal Environmental Protection Agency opposing a plan that they say would weaken mercury emissions standards and violates the Clean Air Act. The majority of those attorneys-general are from the Northeast, including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont. More from North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
