Graduation rates still a concern

Albany, NY – New York's schools are meeting the annual yearly progress requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act and students are meeting and exceeding higher standards, according to school report cards released today by the State Education Department. "Sweetheart" Canal Corp. deals under scrutiny

Albany, NY – Alleged "sweetheart" land deals between the New York State Canal Corporation and the Schenectady Yacht Club are under the scrutiny of the State Assembly's Corporations, Authorities and Commissions committee.
