Highland Falls, NY – The Hudson Valley's Orange County has its first haz-mat decontamination trailer, courtesy of the Department of Homeland Security's post-9/11 funding for small-town first responders. The rig is designed to help cope with chemical and radiation leaks from natural disasters...or any possible bioterrism attacks.
