For the next thirty years, Josh wrestled with that kamikaze pilot, whom he eventually nicknamed “Misty,” short for “Miss T.” The Tourette’s symptoms—verbal and facial tics, body spasms, self-inflicted punches—increased and intensified as he grew older.
