Rearrange the nine letters in the word AMPERSAND to spell the name of something you can take, and what you might have while you're taking one. What are these things?

Answer: The things are a NAP and DREAMS.

THIS WEEK'S SHOW: NBA NICKNAMES

On-air questions:  On February 17, 1968, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame opened in Springfield, Massachusetts. To commemorate that event, each correct answer this week contains the nickname of an NBA team.

1. Annual event that takes place in Pamplona, Spain, used as the setting for part of Ernest Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises
2. 1927 film that contains the first line of synchronized dialogue in a full-length motion picture, when Al Jolson says, "Wait a minute, wait a minute...you ain't heard nothing yet"
3. Low-lying site on the west bank of the Nile River that is home to the tombs of more than 60 pharaohs, including that of Tutankhamen
4. Character in the animated special The Year Without a Santa Claus who can melt objects by touching them
5. Toy that answers a question with one of 20 possible responses, including "Signs point to yes" and "Ask again later"

Start with the three-word name for a place that many sports fans visit. Remove all instances of the repeated letters and the remaining four letters, in order, will spell a word commonly used in the sports world. What is the place and what is the word?
